The Inwear.in Return Products Process
Step 1: login to Inwear.in and go to orders tab. Click on return to create a return request.
Step 2: Select your applicable reason for return.
Step 3: Depending upon the reason you choose for refund your request will undergo the verification process.
Step 4: Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc
Step 5: Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled hand-in-hand in case of exchanges and replacements
Step 6: Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable.
How Long does Inwear.in Product Return Process Take?
As soon as you fill out the Returns form online, you will receive an email at your registered email address and an SMS on your registered mobile phone number. You can also track the process by visiting the My Account page on your laptop or smartphone by clicking on My Orders. If you’re going in for an exchange, your replacement product will be delivered to you at the same time as the pick-up in most cases.

You have 7 days to return an item only upper products from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
No return and refund lower items just like panty, under wears, shorts, etc.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
